Our story

A dairy built by the families who milk the cows

Andhra Dairy began in 2009 with forty farmers who were tired of being paid late and tested unfairly. We built a chilling centre first, a plant second, and a brand only once the milk was worth putting a name on.

Today that network spans 9,800 families across 640 villages. Payments still go out every week, the milk is still tested in front of the farmer, and the promise on the pouch is still the one we made on day one.

What we stand for

Four things we refuse to compromise on

Honest milk

No powder, no starch, no preservatives — standardisation happens with cream, not chemicals.

Fair to farmers

Weekly payouts, transparent fat testing, and free veterinary camps every month.

Cold from the start

Chilled within an hour of milking and never allowed above 4°C until it reaches you.

Made in small batches

Paneer and sweets are made the morning they ship — we would rather sell out than store.
